GNC REPORTS

Dear GNC team leader or record keeper, we appreciate you and your team! We are delighted to partner with you in reaching children with the Gospel through the Good News Club ministry.

Below are two GNC forms that we need from you. The first is the GNC Monthly Report, and the second is the Beginning of the Year Club Information form. There are instructions with both.

Good News Club Monthly Report

Dear GNC team leader or record keeper,

Thank you for all that you do! Please submit your GNC Monthly Report by the 5th of each month.

If you teach more than one club, please submit one form for each. (If you teach separate groups at one location, these count as separate clubs. For example you teach at one location [Logan Elementary] but have the children split into completely separate groups [separate rooms on the same day or even grouped by grade with the groups taught on different days].)

* For the FIRST month, write how many children attended at least one time that month. This is the total number of different children who have attended club at least one time. This is not an average or the number of registration forms.

*For all following months, write how many NEW children attended at least once in that month and if there were any NEW salvations that month. (This change is due to having a new recording system from CEF headquarters that each chapter uses to report for the chapter. The system will add the numbers together and show the totals for that year.)
